I have begin a two year MFA program with Whitecliffe School of Art and Design in Auckland, New Zealand.

Forward, with self in tow, private motions, a voice of unreason reasoned. Wind, where are you to lead the way? Lawrence Weiner mentions “the piece of stone and piece of wood”, but where does the control lie?

A shift in wind is not deceit, but an opportunity for an altered path, a varied route still toward that predetermined horizon.

This exploration in relation to the other is intended to be articulated in time and instigated by past events. Time tacks back and forth with the need for some direction, toward an ungraspable horizon, with varied destinations on the way. The liminal space between each tack, a destination in itself. There is great importance in the action, in doing, to find something that was not originally obvious or in plain sight.

The project blog noting development is here, please mind the gaps.
